Join us for an evening talk exploring the magic of seagrass in Findhorn Bay.
Wednesday 11th November, 18:30 - 20:00, Findhorn Village Centre.
Thursday 12th November, 18:30 - 20:00, Dyke & District Village Hall.
Seagrass is an amazing but lesser-known tidal and sub-tidal habitat which absorbs carbon, supports biodiversity, and helps to protect our coastlines from erosion.
This event includes a short talk from Milo, FNLRT Coastal Restoration Officer, all about this amazing habitat and our new efforts to help restore it.
As part of the event, we’re eager to hear from you, the local communities living around the Bay, as the people who know this place best, about how the ecosystems and movement of the Bay has changed over time, to help inform future restoration planning
Tickets are free, but please register here so we can make sure to get enough refreshments for everyone.
